dc.description.abstract The Purpose of this study was to establish organizational practices on change implementation in public health facilities in Tharaka Nithi County. The specific objectives that guided this study were to establish the influence of leadership style and communication style on change implementation in public health facilities in Tharaka Nithi County.Descriptive research design and stratified sampling technique was used to select the total population of 1800. The ideal sample size of 379 was arrived at using Nassiuma's formula. Questionnaires were used to collect primary data. Statistical package of social science (SPSS version 24) was used to analyze data descriptively. The findings of the study revealed that there exists a positive significant relationship between leadership and communication style on change implementation in public health facilities in Tharaka Nithi County.
